Christian Haven Home – Notice of Special Meeting

Please note that a Special Meeting of the Members of Christian Haven, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, will be held at Second Christian Reformed Church at 7:00pm on December 2, 2021.

The purpose of this special meeting is to approve a certain Agreement and Plan of Merger by which Christian Haven will be merged with and into Sunset Manor, Inc., a Michigan nonprofit corporation, pursuant to which Sunset Manor, Inc. will be the surviving entity.

The board of Christian Haven unanimously supports the merger and appreciates your prayers as they work to bring two wonderful Christian organizations together to continue the mission of providing quality services to our senior adults in the spirit of Christian love.
